Unfortunately once your order has been placed it is not guaranteed that we would be able to change the address.
However, if you email firstname.lastname@example.org your order number and address you wish to send your item to we can further assist you.
The more information you give us the faster we will be able to assist you. Make sure to subject that email as ‘Urgent: Need to change address’.
If your item was not received due to incorrect address, we cannot compensate you.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS
All items in our store have a standard 1 year warranty from date of purchase.
Keep your receipt as proof for future claims.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults like loose trays or fabric. However stains, rips, water/liquid damage, negligence or wilful damage, and incorrect use will not be covered under warranty.
Unfortunately we are not able to arrange free shipping with warranty.
No, unfortunately you cannot receive a refund. With a warranty you will only receive a free repair, replacement or store credit, only if your warranty has been accepted.
To submit a claim for warranty, email a proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then advice you to deliver it to a given address, where we can then examine the item and let you know if you are covered under warranty.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you have up to 30 days, from the date of purchase, to return it. If 30 days have passed we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Make sure to include a note unattached to the formal packaging stating:
- Your full name
- Email address used
- Order number
- Reasons for return
Unfortunately the shipping cost will be at the customers expense and will not be refunded, unless you have proof your item was received damaged (see additional information provided bellow).
We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning the goods, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To complete your return, we require you to email email@example.com a copy of a proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to update you on the retrieval of your return and let you know on the outcome of your refund. If you are approved, a refund will be made to your original method of payment, within 5 – 10 business days.
